Loose Weight

Looking at myself in a mirror, I just concluded that there is no other way than for me to loose weight. It is not just about the way I see myself, there is hardly anywhere I pass without people turning to look back at me. This naturally keeps me uncomfortable.

The question is: “How do I loose weight?” I know there are lots of the so called Super Foods that you take as a supplement to lose weight. These have been getting a lot of international attention. You must have either heard about them or seen them displayed over the internet in blogs. At a point I was confused and had difficulty in believing the so called success stories associated with them. Can they really help me loose weight?
